Jessica was an excellent host! Our large group of 13 were comfortably accommodated for an amazing weekend in the Poconos. The property was perfectly located for morning runs (if you like a little hill challenge here or there) and centrally located for shopping and eateries. The designated game room was a great amenity and the hot tub was just the right temperature. When we arrived we had a slight hiccup with the fridge temperature, however Jessica was immediate in her response time and troubleshooting. Any and all questions were welcomed and answered. The cherry on top was the opportunity to leave a farewell note in the guest book. All in all it was a great stay and definitely a repeat trip in the future.

From the hot tub on the deck to the well resourced kitchen to the beautiful environs, we enjoyed everything. The home was as described with a great main bedroom and bath and whimsically colored rooms upstairs I had a few work calls and that worked smoothly in the office area. I do an annual large family gathering and can’t wait to book that here for 2024! It’ll even accommodate little kids!

My family and I stayed for the weekend. We enjoyed the house very much! House is very spacious and cozy. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room a lot. It has everything you need and is very spacious. The layout is nice and is great for large group. The living areas are spread out so you don’t feel on top of each other. Rooms are large also. The house is located on a golf course but set back enough to still be private. The deck is nice with the hot tub. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around while we were sitting out there. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

I rented a lot of houses in the past I never had someone so helpful as Jessica’s The place was clean everything was according to the pictures the house smells fresh it was a pleasure I will for sure come back.

Do yourself a favor and book this stay!!! Jessica was amazing with communication, was super helpful with check in and even was able to accommodate late check out when we ended up having a late night. (That extra hour made ALL the difference.) The space itself was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for an amazing weekend away.

We celebrated Christmas Eve at this location and it truly felt like our home, complete with a family gathering that emphasized quality time. The property was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family, offering numerous bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was stunning, including snacks for breakfast. Well recommended, quiet, secure, and easy access.

Great place for a large group! Plenty of spaces to lounge and relax so it never felt crowded even with a big group. The pre teens and teenagers were entertained with the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Would definitely rent again. Thanks!

Our weekend stay at Jessica's place was fantastic! We were five families with a total of 7 kids (with three babies) and the house was incredibly comfortable to stay in. The weather was terrible when we were there but we were all really happy to stay inside such a beautiful home and hang out all day. The house was clean, spacious, and elegant. At one point the hot water stopped working and I texted Jessica, and I'm not lying, within 15 minutes someone was at the house fixing it. Jessica was incredibly responsive to any question we had and was friendly and nice. We were all thrilled with the house. I can't recommend it enough for bigger groups.

The pictures were amazing, but the real thing was even better. Such a great space for me and the family. We didn’t even have to leave the house with all of the things to keep each of us happy and occupied. We loved the sauna and hot tub and pool table and arcade, close drive to many different restaurants. And the house was very clean. We felt comfortable from the very beginning.

Jessica's place in the Poconos is superb. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools, utensils, ceramics, and spices you'd need for some big family-style meals. The bathrooms are stocked too, and perfectly clean. Everything else is as pictured and functional: BBQ, sauna, hot tub, all games in the game room, TVs, appliances, etc. Book this place and you're guaranteed to have a good time!

We loved our stay in Jessica’s house! It is very family friendly, fun, and well stocked for all ages. It was clean and spacious with beautiful woodsy views out the front and back. Any questions or requests were always answered in a timely fashion. Would definitely spend another vacation here!! Especially loved the little touches like the folded towels, mini life vest cup holders and personalized coasters!

We had an incredible week in the poconos at this amazing House! It was clean , well designed in the interior and exterior . Close to a lot of great spots and plenty of entertainment . The host Jess was amazing and very responsive to any questions and made sure our stay was all it was supposed to be. We will be renting this spot again next year for our annual Pocono trip!

Our stay at Jess' beautiful Poconos retreat exceeded all our expectations. The house was immaculate, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect escape from the city. We spent our days relaxing by the hot tub, hanging out in the gameroom, exploring the local breweries, and watching football together in the massive living room. Jess was an exceptional host - responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven! I’ve stayed at quite a few bnbs, some in the country, some out of the country & I have to say this was by far the nicest. 5/5 stars. There was nothing we didn’t love about the stay. The hot tub, the sauna, the game room, even just laying on the huge comfortable couch in the living room… This place was perfect. Spacious, clean, homey etc. It wasn’t just about the stay, the host Jess is probably 1 of the nicest on the entire app. She’s communicative, welcoming, accommodating, personable & friendly.
